We are linked to the Hardy's Free House, which is next door to us.
Hardy's is a spacious pub which draws a mix of locals, local workers and students. It has a large, comfortably upholstered lounge area, adorned by coloured glass windows. The big bar has several TVs and there's often sport on. There is usually one or two ales on tap but it's not a real ale destination. The right side of the pub is a restaurant, the Green Pea, offering excellent food including home-made pies and lovely desserts. Indeed, the grub is probably the best pub food in Greenwich at the moment. There's a beer garden through the back too. Hardy's is your best bet in East Greenwich.
